Inventory management was one of my greatest strengths — I never ran out of stock. I factored in holidays, seasonal spikes, and out-of-the-ordinary world events that could disrupt shipping. At any given moment, I knew exactly how much inventory I needed to order to maintain a 90-day supply. I built all of this before AI was a thing, but now with AI, we can train it to run 24/7 — monitoring stock levels, inventory health, storage utilization, and IPI scores automatically. The same approach should be applied to every aspect of the business: FBA Shipments & Logistics Coordination, In-Stock & Capacity Monitoring, FBA Pricing & Fee Management, Packaging, Compliance & Operational Standards, Shipment Tracking & Issue Resolution, and Inventory Health & Reporting. By applying AI across all of these areas — the same way it can monitor inventory — it frees up a significant amount of my time.
